We are licensed by the State of Utah Department of Human Services, the State of Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, the city of South Salt Lake City, and The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). We have three year accreditation from the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

We are available to answer phones and help problem solve, Monday-Friday from 5 AM – 1 PM.
